One of the most important parts of the holiday season is having cocktails ready at a moment’s notice.
Mulled wine is a total must -make it up in bottles stored in the fridge or a large vat and just take it out when you need it. It’s totally delicious and will fill your house with fabulous Christmasy smells.
Try adding a large glug of cointreau and some fruits of the forest (frozen is fine), it will warm hands and heart.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large pan except for the berries and warm through. Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes. Stir through the frozen berries and serve immediately in sturdy glasses.
