Serving a cheese plate as an appetizer at a dinner party on the terrace or for your family before supper is a lovely way to begin a meal. Taking steps to properly serve cheese enhances the experience.

When serving cheese, always be sure to take the cheese out of the fridge at least one hour beforehand as this will develop their flavours.

This is a rather simple way of ensuring that the cheese tastes its absolute best.  Friends and family will most certainly show their appreciation by devouring the cheese plate!

Cheese is truly versatile. Other wonderful cheese recipes  include Cheese Filled Fresh Figs or Goats Cheese & Brioche. Delicious!
